VietNamNet Bridge - National flag carrier Vietnam Airlines started offering preferential prices from March 1 onwards for travel agencies that are participating in the domestic tourist stimulation program.

A round trip ticket for the Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh City and HCMC – Vinh City flights will cost VND1.8 million, while the HCMC – Danang and Hue – HCMC routes will cost VND1 million during non-peak periods and VND1.2 million during the peak period.
The national carrier will also offer a special price of VND1.8 million for round trip flights on the Hanoi – Can Tho City, and Hanoi – Buon Ma Thuot City routes. Travel agencies and tour operators have to buy tickets 15 days in advance for groups of at least 10 people to receive the special prices. VNA said it would apply this program until the end of this year, excluding the specific occassions like the Hung King festival, Liberation Day (April 30), and International Labor Day (May 1).
