First of all we want to thank TNK travel very much for the great Tour we have had. Everything was perfectly arranged and the Hotels, drivers and guides were great. You are a very serious and reliable organisation and we will certainly recommend you to our friends and relatives. We have now a very good impression of your country thanks to all the places you made us visit with all the information given by the guides. One little notice: your man in Hanoi (or is that you??) told us that he did not have the information about our arrival flight and that he had asked us by mail and phone. But as you can see I had already given that information in my mail from April 15 (see under). But.... no problem our guide was waiting for us at the airport. Thanks again we had lovely and interesting holidays and all the included meals were delicious. Best regards

Dear Miss Nhu Y, Thank you for arranging the Vietnam tour for us from the 17 Dec to 24 Dec. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and we truly appreciate your quick response to our feedback. Thank you for the 3 star hotel you picked for us which far exceeded our expectation, and birthday party for our group. We enjoyed the Chinese dinner, and the beautiful ancient style restaurants at Hue and Hoi Ann and our only regret is that we have not arranged for more shopping time. My husband and I have now returned to New Zealand from our very memorable holiday in Vietnam and Cambodia. TNK booked the Mekong Tour to Phnom Penh for us and our tour guide was JJ. Our Mekong tour was wonderful, mostly due to JJ who looked after us so well in every way. JJ was a very professional, friendly and helpful guide. We would be very grateful if you could forward this email to JJ's manager. We would highly recommend JJ as a tour guide for any foreign visitor to your country. We would like to make one small suggestion about the tour. It would have been helpful to have the correct Cambodia Visa forms prior to our departure on the boat to Phnom Penh. Before our departure from New Zealand, we did download forms from the Cambodian Embassy web site - bu we did download forms from the Cambodian Embassy web site - but on the day, the Cambodian Customs required a different form. The only other comment we would like to offer, and this has nothing to do with the TNK Mekong Tour itself, but we were very concerned about the terrible living condition for the two bears at the Crocodile Park.
