I have been attempting to use your online service to reserve a room at the First Hotel Saigon (as featured on your hotel promotions section for USD50 per night), but keep on receiving a "Sorry an error has occurred" notice
whenever I enter my details and click on the "send" button.

Please could you kindly let me know the availability of deluxe rooms at the First Hotel Saigon from Sept 11 - Sept 15 (four nights) at the advertised USD50/ night promotional rate? If a deluxe room is available I'd like to
book in advance by credit card.

My wife and I just completed a 1 month holiday in vietnam.This was our forth visit,tnk travel did all the travel arrangements for all our visit.we were very happy with them.they arranged all our hotels,internal flights,hire cars and train travel.also airport pick up and drop off.everything went like clockwork.we were very happy with there professional service.and the hotels they chose for us were excellent.

We very much appreciated our tour guide Mr Pham Van Hai and our driver Duc.
Hai's English was very good and we enjoyed all the informative snippets of information he had to share.
His knowledge of the areas that we travelled through was extensive and we enjoyed finding out many things about Vietnam
We came away with a better understanding of life in Vietnam and life on the Mekong.
Hai answered many of our questions and we thoroughly enjoyed his sense of humour.
