Phnom Penh’s broad boulevards and colonial ambiance reflects the era when the French were present in Indo-China. Located at the confluence of two rivers, Cambodia’s capitol also has some excellent markets and fine temples. Most of the hotels are located around the riverside with more accommodation being rebuilt or renovated as tourism develops. Places of interest include the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda, the National Museum and the grisly Tuol Sleng Museum – a reminder of the dark days when Cambodia was ruled by the Khmer Rouge.
Regent Park is conveniently located within a walking distance from historic landmarks in Phnom Penh i.e. Royal Palace, National Museum, Tonle Sap River and the Public Garden at the front of the hotel and the Independence Monument. For your shopping pleasure, Phnom Penh Central Market (Psah Thmey) is only 10 minutes away.
Located in the heart of the city, Phnom Penh, Raffles Hotel Le Royal is only 20 minutes drive from Pochentong International Airport and within easy access of the city's attractions like the Royal Palace, Central Market, Russian Market and National Artifacts Museum.
