It was so great to have people like you Ms. Luu Vo ,and Mr. Dac Danh to work with.
Thanks to travel professionals like you, who are honest and dependable I spent a perfect vacation.
You did everything for us. We got a good value for our money also.
I will definitely be recommending ‘’TNK Travel’’, I have given your e-mail adders and website to several people who have expressed an interest in visiting Vietnam.

Best wishes to both of you, Gaby.
Tim BaldwinVietnam Group Trip - Thanks Ms Nhy (Kathy)
Having just returned from our trip to Vietnam, we would like to thank TNK Travel and particularly Ms. Nhu who has done such a wonderful job of organizing our group of 10 Aussies on a fantastic trip around this beautiful country. This is the second trip that Kathy has put together at my request and both times have been fautless. Nothing is too much for Kathy - changing arrangements on the go to suit our particular requirements and always in contact to ensure that we are having a great time. Fantastic also were all the TNK guides that we had the pleasure to meet and travel with. They are so passionate about their country and so knowledgable as well that we couldn't help but be fasinated by the scenery, the people and the culture. Thanks so much to JJ in Ho Chi Minh City, Quyen in Hanoi and the ever smiling Zoom Zoom in Sapa. We will keep in touch. Thanks again TNK - Your services and people are a credit to Vietnam - Cam o'n!

Dear Ms Hang Vo,
Apologies for not writing sooner. We've been back in Sydney now for almost a month but our holiday in Vietnam seems ages ago now.
We would like thank you for all you help in organising our itinerary on our recent trip to Vietnam . The hotels were excellent with very comfortable accommodation and great service. Breakfasts were excellent although we thought the Hilton in Hanoi had the best croissants!
We had a good balance of organised tours and free time and we particularly enjoyed the cooking class in Hoi An. The tours of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and the Chu Chi tunnels were fascinating. The trip to Ha Lung Bay was quite long, but the cruise at the end of it was worthwhile.
They tour guides and drivers you organised were punctual and attentive and it was a great relief to meet them when we arrived at the various airports. Their stories and descriptions and the information they provided was very interesting and helped paint a fuller picture of Vietnam for us. They were able to answer most of our questions and through our conversations with them, we were able to learn something about their own lives in Vietnam.
We did have a little difficulty understanding our first guide in Hanoi, but he made up for it with his enthusiasm. The other three guides all had very good English. Please pass on our thanks to each of them.
I have already passed on your details to a friend and would have no hesitation about using you again or recommending your company to others wishing to visit your beautiful country.
Kind regards

Daniela MeiromMeirom group -Vietnam trip
Hello
We are home now and I expected some kind of a feedback request from you but so far got nothing, and decided to send one anyway.
First of all I wanted to thank you in the name of the whole group for a very successful trip. Everything went smoothly and according to plan. The itinerary was well planned, the guides were knowledgeable and caring, the vans were in good condition and comfortable.
I would like to point out several things that were less than 100% - maybe it will be useful to you in the future:
a- the english accent of some of the guides was very bad and we could hardly understand them. Our best guide was Dara in Phnom Penh, unfortunately he was with us only for one day. Chum in Hanoi and Ky in HCM city were also good, The others were also good and warm and kind and we loved them all, but sometimes we had hard time to understand them, maybe because we are not native english speakers
b- most of the hotels were good. The worst was in Phnom Penh - small and smelly rooms and awful maitenance. The one in Siem Reap had nice rooms, but lots of maitenance problems. The same goes for the hotel in Sapa - they had serious problems with the hot water supply, which was extremely annoying.
c- the itinerary was almost perfect, but I think the time in Siem Reap was too long, 2 days would be quite enough, and it could be nice to spend one more day in Hoi An or Hue.
Thank you for everything. We had a very good and interesting experience and will certainly recommend your company to our friends Daniela Meirom
Hermann FreyCao Dai and Cu Chi Tunnel Day Tour
We were booking the Cao Dai temple and Cu Chi tunnel tour for 26th of December 2011 on the Internet. I had some correspondence with the sales executive (Ms. Hang Vo) before to get the booking right. So we were eventually picked up at our hotel a bit outside but on the way. The pick up was sharp on time and the bus with reasonable comfort, although full. Our friendly guide (unfortunately I'm not so sure about the name any more) could speak quite good English. He did a lot of efforts to explain backgrounds and history during the day. Lunch was in a simple countryside restaurant but with good Vietnamese food. The temple is a bit far but getting known to this tradition and attending lunchtime prayers gives the right contrast to the martial afternoon visit of Cu Chi. At Cu Chi it is very interesting to learn what smart ideas the Vietcong implemented in order to cope with a technological superpower. Of course, the Americans have done a lot of wrong things and therefore are still being perceived as the bad guys but in my opinion Vietnamese should learn more to differentiate the facts of the cold war. Overall an enjoyable and good organized tour!
George KowalskiFlight information to Vietnam (Sep)
Dear Hang! Our Vietnam adventure is coming to an end. We are very happy with our holiday, how beautiful Vietnam is and the itinery you prepared and service we got from your company and your guides. We will strongly recommend your company to our friends in both Australia and Poland. Myself an my brother want to revisit Vietnam in Last thing we would like to confirm is the late checking out in our last hotel Silk Path in Hanoi, which you mentioned in one of your emails. I will appreciate if you will confirm that with the hotel.
Tour highlight : Travel by jeep and motorbike on the adventure of a lifetime, exploring the majestic limestone mountain ranges and picturesque terraced paddy fields of Vietnam's unspoiled north-east region. This exciting 6-day trip is especially suitable for those travelers who love green eco tours or want to learn about the customs of the hill tribe people. Either way, you will take away a collection of memories and photos which you will treasure for life.
Day 1 : Hanoi - Ba Be ( 220 km) ( L , D )
This exotic tour in the north-east begins when you leave your hotel in Hanoi and drive over the undulating terrain of tea plantations to Thai Nguyen city. Stop off there to visit the Museum of Ethnology. Then continue your journey through many other timeless villages dotted along the road which is the main artery of trade between the north-east region and the capital city. This will be your first glimpse of rural Vietnam and sets the tone for the days ahead. Arrive at Ba Be lakes at midday. After checking into your 'homestay' in Pac Ngoi village of the Tay people, you will have free time to explore. Dinner and overnight in Ba Be.
Day 2 : Ba Be Lake - boating and canoeing ( B , L , D )
Spend the whole day at Ba Be lakes, one of the north-east region's premier beauty spots. Familiarize yourself with the techniques of canoeing, then transfer to a boat doc and glide serenely along the river and through a pretty cave. Enjoy lunch served near a beautiful waterfall. After lunch, you can canoe to your heart's content, navigating the tranquil Ba Be lakes. Alternatively, you can go swimming in the crystal-clear water or trekking to visit the ethnic minority villages. After dinner, get to know the friendly local people. Overnight at your homestay.
Day 3 : Babe - Cao Bang ( 90km ) ( B , L , D )
Leave Pac Ngoi village and Ba Be lakes and go for a 2-hour walk on the flat road through the beautiful National Park. Meet your driver at the center of the park. Then hit the road again for the 2.5-hour drive to Cao Bang, where the ethnic people of the H'Mong, Dzao, Tho and Nung tribes all live together in harmony. Arrive in Cao Bang town at around 1.30pm. Have lunch and check into your hotel. In the afternoon, you are free to explore the town. Overnight in Cao Bang.
Day 4 : Cao Bang – Ban Gioc Waterfall ( 130km ) ( B , L , D )
Heading out of the town, venture into the remote northern region of Cao Bang Province. The scenic roads traverse Trung Khanh before arriving at Ban Gioc Waterfall, the biggest waterfall in Vietnam (though not full of water in the dry season). Explore an enormous cave with two main entrances and one branch reaching almost all the way to the waterfall where there is a 'secret' entrance. On the way back, stop off to visit some more hill tribe villages and take pictures. Overnight in Dong Khe.
Day 5 : That Khe – Lang Son ( 160km) ( B , L , D )
Set off early in the morning to visit the historical cave of Pac Po where Ho Chi Minh set up his headquarters for the August 1945 Revolution. Then go on a half-day drive through the verdant and rugged mountain landscape with its picturesque patchwork of terraced rice fields and hill villages. Traverse Dong Khe and That Khe on your way to Lang Son. This border town was completely destroyed during the Sino-Vietnamese war but was subsequently rebuilt and is now an important trade center for the north-east region. Overnight in Lang Son.
Day 6 : Lang Son – Hanoi ( 160km) ( B , L )
Visit the central market of Lang Son and the legendary Tam Thanh Cave before traveling by road back to Hanoi The journey is long and challenging at times as it takes you through many mountain areas. However, the breathtaking scenery is some of the best in Asia. En route, you will encounter many ethnic minority people going about their daily activities, such as logging, herding buffalo and tilling the fields. Arrive in Hanoi around 5pm. Our adventure ends at your hotel in Hanoi.
