Dear Dzung Trinh We have returned from our very enjoyable tour of Vietnam and I wanted to thank you for your assistance with our arrangements. All went very smoothly and all the people who helped us were very nice. The hotels were all good with the exception of Hai Phong Hotel which was not very clean. We had a lot of dealings with Miss Hang Vo (TNK Travel) at De Tham Street, HCM City. We found Miss Vo to be the best Agent we have come across in Vietnam. She was very helpful in every way and helped us with any problems we had. We have travelled in Vietnam on 6 different occasions, and never had better service. We recommend Miss Vo to anyone worldwide for any dealings you have in South East Asia.. We met her personally in HCM and found her to be very charming, she is now a friend for life.

All guides were excellent and the service your company provided was of the top order. Our only criticsm would be that some of the hotels provide standard, rather than superior rooms. On our next trip to your delightful country we will most definately call on your services but will use 4 star hotels. We have just returned from our second trip to Vietnam. This trip we only had 5 nights in HCMC and surrounding areas. We are home now and I expected some kind of a feedback request from you but so far got nothing, and decided to send one anyway.
First of all I wanted to thank you in the name of the whole group for a very successful trip. Everything went smoothly and according to plan. The itinerary was well planned, the guides were knowledgeable and caring, the vans were in good condition and comfortable.
I would like to point out several things that were less than 100% - maybe it will be useful to you in the future:
a- the english accent of some of the guides was very bad and we could hardly understand them. Our best guide was Dara in Phnom Penh, unfortunately he was with us only for one day. Chum in Hanoi and Ky in HCM city were also good, The others were also good and warm and kind and we loved them all, but sometimes we had hard time to understand them, maybe because we are not native english speakers
b- most of the hotels were good. The worst was in Phnom Penh - small and smelly rooms and awful maitenance. The one in Siem Reap had nice rooms, but lots of maitenance problems. The same goes for the hotel in Sapa - they had serious problems with the hot water supply, which was extremely annoying.
c- the itinerary was almost perfect, but I think the time in Siem Reap was too long, 2 days would be quite enough, and it could be nice to spend one more day in Hoi An or Hue.

My wife and I just completed a 1 month holiday in vietnam.This was our forth visit,tnk travel did all the travel arrangements for all our visit.we were very happy with them.they arranged all our hotels,internal flights,hire cars and train travel.also airport pick up and drop off.everything went like clockwork.we were very happy with there professional service.and the hotels they chose for us were excellent. Day 1: Ho Chi Minh city - My Tho - Ben Tre - Chau Doc ( L / _ ) 8 : 00 AM Pick up at your hotel in HCM ( to be advised ). Depart for My Tho. Take a boat ride through the Bao Dinh natural canal, which is lined with stilt houses and fruit plantations. Visit the My Tho wholesale fruit market. Proceed to Tortoise island and enjoy lunch served in the heart of the orchard. Enjoy a leisurely boat ride through the Tan Thach natural canal in Ben Tre, cruising under the shadows of the water coconut trees. Visit a family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle. Trek through the fruit plantations on Thoi Son island and enjoy a rowing boat ride along the creeks before returning to My Tho by motor boat. Proceed to Chau Doc. Check in on arrival. Visit the Sam Mountain and the cave pagoda, Admire the sunset over the Vietnamese-Cambodian Frontier. Dinner on guest's account. Overnight at your chosen hotel in Chau Doc.
Day 2: Chau Doc - Long Xuyen - Can Tho ( B / L / _ ) Breakfast at the hotel. Take the morning boat trip to visit the floating fish farm and the floating village, the Cham weaving village. Depart for Can Tho via Long Xuyen to visit the incense stick village, the Tho Not birds Sanctuary and the Crocodile Farm. Check in on arrival. Free in the evening. Dinner cruise on the Bassac River. Overnight at your hotel in Can Tho.
Day 3: Can Tho - Cai Rang - Phong Dien - Rach Gia - Phu Quoc ( B / L ) Breakfast at the hotel. Take a three-hour boat trip to visit the Cai Rang and Phong Dien floating markets. Wander through the villages, visit the rice paper mill and discover how rice noodles are made. Return to Can Tho.
Day 4 : Phu Quoc ( B ) Breakfast at the resort. Full day at leisure for beach activities. Lunch & dinner on guest's acount. Overnight at your chosen resort on Phu Quoc island.
Day 5 : Phu Quoc ( B ) Breakfast at the resort. Full day at leisure for beach activities. Lunch & dinner on guests' account. Overnight at your proposed resort in Phu Quoc island.
