We very much enjoyed staying at Sasco Blue Lagoon Resort/Phu Quoc and Windsor Plaza Hotel/HCM-City, where we met your nice Tour Operator, Miss Dinh Thi Ngoc Phung. Here we spent a very interesting time while visiting a part of the beautiful Vietnam and also Blue Lagoon was excellent for relaxing. Thank you very much for everything it was perfect.

I just had an e-mail from my friend Martin Purvis about his trip to Vietnam. He is absolutely delighted with all the work you did. Thanks for taking such good care of him. I'm not surprised. As I tell everyone, TNK is the best outfit in Vietnam! Martin says he is hoping to go to Cambodia on his next trip. Can you help in Cambodia?

"Our visit to Viet Nam was fantastically good, and I very much appreciate for your advice and assistance.  I never met Djung in person, but we spoke on the phone a few times, and his arrangements were all superb.  Even though we arrived two days late because of a travel snafu, he managed to rearrange all of our excursions.  He also arranged for us to have vegetarian food throughout our trip.  I would heartily recommend his organisation to anyone else."

Re: Mekong Delta and Cu Chi tunnel tour

we are now back in Australia with many wonderful memories of our exciting trip to Vietnam.We wish to thank you personally for assisting us and organizing 2 tours whilst we were in Siagon. The trip to Mekong delta was an absolute highlight,a wonderful,skillful driver,Mr Hung and a most informative and capable guide Huy enabled us to have many great experiences.

Also the lady at the front desk who assisted me in printing out our boarding passes for the next day flights to KL and Melbourne was wonderful and most cooperative. It all added up to a memorable experience which we have no hesitation in recommending to other travellers.

Just a quick note to say a BIG BIG thank you!!!

We had a FANTASTIC time in Vietnam, definetely will be back. I have recommended you to some of my cieints and friends so please do not be surprised if you hear from some people from Paris or UK.

Our guides were excellent, we loved Quang who took us to the Cu Chi tunnels, Trang in Hanoi and Visal in Siem Reap - then a lovely girl who picked us up in Danang airport!!!! Please tell them all a special thanks!! The trips were nice too and the service overall, great!!!!

We will def use TNK the next time in Vietnam - wish you continued success!!

Absolutely everything was as arranged and even the 3 hour delay of the first flight did not cause a problem. Vietnam Group Trip - Thanks Ms Nhy (Kathy)

Having just returned from our trip to Vietnam, we would like to thank TNK Travel and particularly Ms. Nhu who has done such a wonderful job of organizing our group of 10 Aussies on a fantastic trip around this beautiful country.
This is the second trip that Kathy has put together at my request and both times have been fautless. Nothing is too much for Kathy - changing arrangements on the go to suit our particular requirements and always in contact to ensure that we are having a great time.
Fantastic also were all the TNK guides that we had the pleasure to meet and travel with. They are so passionate about their country and so knowledgable as well that we couldn't help but be fasinated by the scenery, the people and the culture. One year ago, we traveled to Vietnam through your agency. As we find that you did a good job, we recommended your servicies to some spanish friends, now those groups come back and they are also very happy with your job, I only want to say thanks to you.

Last year we went to the south of Vietnam, because we only had one week. Now we are thinking to come again but north and central of Vietnam.
I looked your web page and you have a lot of choise, but can you please send to me, which could be the more convinient route? If we decide to come we'll arrive on 2nd october and leave 7 or 8 (depends on flights tickets).

Viet Nam package tour

Dear Ms. Luu Vo,

we are now back in Italy and we took with us very nice memories of Vietnam.
We are very satisfied with the service your agency offered to us during the tour: very good guides, confortable cars, water at our disposal.
Just to help you to offer a better service to your future clients and travellers, we wish to submit you our comments for 2 things that could be improved:

1. the Halong Bay cruise with Paloma: they just showed us two of the many attractions of the bay: one cave and Ti Top Island. We expected to see something more, otherwise we could have seen the same things on a daily trip, without spending the night on the boat.

2. Cuu Long Resort in Phu Quoc: the hotel is very old and not well mantained. The service is poor, the food is expensive for the quality offered, the staff hardly understands English.
Next time, be sure that your clients are aware of what this resort has to offer. Maybe we would have spent a better time in Mui Ne.

Please, don't take this comments as a claim: we are really happy of the overall quality of your package tour and this comments are just to let you know our last feed back.

The month long individualized tour in Vietnam was amazing. Instead of describing the details which were attended to with perfection, we must commend TNK for every aspect of this trip. Every day was a new and exciting experience. Suggestions that were made by TNK to modify our itinerary were fabulous additions. Trust them.
