Dear Mr Dac Danh

We have recently arrived back home in England following our tour of Vietnam and Cambodia with your company and felt we must write to you to let you know what a fantastic time we had in your beautiful country. We were thoroughly impressed with all our guides and drivers with their knowledge, consideration and professionalism. Everyone we met in Vietnam was extremely friendly and welcoming.

In particular we would like you to pass on our grateful thanks to Mr. Ky in Ho Chi Minh city who was extremely knowledgeable and a wonderful ambassador for your country. We will certainly be recommending his services to any friends of ours who may be visiting in the future.

Please also pass on our good wishes to Cheng in Cambodia and Cam in Hue - both of whom made our visits to their areas extremely enjoyable.

Finally may we also ask you to pay a particular thanks Hoa in Hanoi for making the last few days of our stay so memorable and also amusing. He was a great guide and good company, we hope one day to be able to return to Hanoi and hope that Hoa may be able to be our guide for a trip into Sapa. We shall certainly be recommending him to friends.

Yesterday we arrived back form our most enjoyable holiday in Vietnam and we would like to thank you for all your help and assistance in arranging this trip for us.

Some comments :

• We were very happy with the transfers provided – all good cars, with careful and polite, friendly drivers
• The Grand Hotel in Saigon was very nice and in an excellent location for both shopping and sightseeing
• The Quoc Hoa Hotel in Hanoi was also very pleasant and comfortable with very friendly staff and also in a first class location in the old quarter allowing us to easily walk around and enjoy this fascinating area.
• The Bai Tho Junk tour was absolutely first class – lovely accommodation, very friendly staff and excellent food
• We were very glad to helped us choose to stay at the Ana Mandara in Nha Trang – a superb hotel and we really enjoyed our rest and relaxation there
• Our tour to the tunnels at Cu Chi was memorable with an excellent tour guide and driver

I’d like to make special mention of two of your staff – Dac Danh who handled the final part of our booking was very thorough and helpful and Hian (Moon) who was our tour guide to Cu Chi was very interesting and knowledgeable with a great sense of humour. They both speak excellent English which made it much easier for us.

I note from some of the reviews on sites like Trip Advisor that some people have complained about your company and your service. I have posted a review to let people know how good we have found your services. The link is below.

I would make only one suggestion – the payment procedure is quite complicated and I believe you would get more overseas customers if you were able to accept credit card payments online.

Thank you once again to you and your staff for a wonderful visit to Vietnam. We loved your country and would like to come back again and see more of it as well as Cambodia and if we do I will most certainly be in touch with you again. In the meantime I will be recommending you to any of our friends who want to visit Vietnam.

The tour was above our expectations

We, the group of 6, started our tour in Hanoi on January 3, 2008. We had chosen the authentic Vietnam tour -16 days/15 nights, however, excluded Lao Cai and Sapa because of cold weather there. Instead we prolonged our stay in Nha Trang where the weather forecast promised sunshine and heat. We stayed in 4* hotels and were pleasantly surprised by much higher quality of services in comparison to European 4* hotels. Asia Paradise hotel in Nha Trang, where we had been offered senior deluxe rooms because our 4* hotel was fully booked for those days, was the greatest discovery as we had not seen such excellent 3* accomodation anywhere else.

The tour guides -we had 4 guides in different cities - spoke good English, were always punctual and efficient and provided us with much valuable new information on Vietnamese culture and history. We were fascinated by Halong bay trip - the nature was amazing, the rooms were convenient and the food was varied and delicious. If we had been sure about the weather in Halong bay, we would have stayed on boat 2 nights instead of the one. We found the floating market in Mekong delta- a must to see-very impressive. The war museum made a shocking impression on us. Our flight from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh city was delayed because of the weather so the travel agency took the decision to get us there by coach saving us half of the next tour day in Ho Chi Minh city.

We have not seen the tribes in the North, have not been to Dalat and stayed too few days in Ho Chi Minh city this time. We hope to return to Vietnam next year to see these sites. We have previously been to Thailand, south of China, Cambodia, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia and we make comparisons but the tour to Vietnam has exceeded all the expectations.

In the name of the whole group I would like to thank Mr. Dzung Trinh and Ms Nhu Y for their efforts to organise the best available vacation and we would undoubtedly recommend this travel agency to friends.

Just a quick note to say a BIG BIG thank you!!!

We had a FANTASTIC time in Vietnam, definetely will be back. I have recommended you to some of my cieints and friends so please do not be surprised if you hear from some people from Paris or UK.

Our guides were excellent, we loved Quang who took us to the Cu Chi tunnels, Trang in Hanoi and Visal in Siem Reap - then a lovely girl who picked us up in Danang airport!!!! Please tell them all a special thanks!! The trips were nice too and the service overall, great!!!!

We will def use TNK the next time in Vietnam - wish you continued success!!

Mekong Delta Tour

Good afternoon

I am wrtiting to express my thanks to your company and especially to our tour guide, Phi, for a great 6 days in the Mekong Delta and Phu Quoc Island.

The tour was informative, extensive and met our requirements. We enjoyed the time we spent with Phi and the driver, who was very careful and competent. Phi's knowledge and humour really made our tour and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

we are now back in Australia with many wonderful memories of our exciting trip to Vietnam.We wish to thank you personally for assisting us and organizing 2 tours whilst we were in Siagon. The trip to Mekong delta was an absolute highlight,a wonderful,skillful driver,Mr Hung and a most informative and capable guide Huy enabled us to have many great experiences.

Also the lady at the front desk who assisted me in printing out our boarding passes for the next day flights to KL and Melbourne was wonderful and most cooperative. It all added up to a memorable experience which we have no hesitation in recommending to other travellers.
