Hello TNK Travel -

I was a little dubious about sending paymnet and booking over the internet, however, I can only say how impressed I was with the professionalism and service I received from TNK Travel.. I would thoroughly recommend this travel company to everyone - and although I only did Cambodia - I would encourage people to do Vietnam and Laos as well.. My experience with TNK was overwhelmingly impressed and the accom was fantastic.. If you are thinking of booking with this company - do not hesitate, the guides and drivers are informative, passionate, helpful and pleasant in every way..

feedback on our trip

We were in Vietnam for 2 weeks and had TNK travel organize our accommodation and tours for us. From the very start everything went like clockwork. The guides and drivers they provided for us were very friendly and well informed. Not once were we ever late for a plane or boat, which there was many of both. They made our holiday to Vietnam very stress free and most enjoyable. I would reccommend this company to all I know who will be travelling to Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.

The trip was perfect.

My family just came back after a wonderful trip in Vietnam last month. Thank you very much for your supports and your well organized tour from Mekong Delta to Dalat, NhaTrang, Hoi An, Hue,Ha Noi and Halong Bay. This is my first time I travel with TNK and I was impressed by TNK staffs, the tour guides. Everything is on schedule. The guides and drivers are very friendly and helpful. They were always on time. We spent most of our time with Mr. Binh in our trip; he helped and took good care of us at all time during the trip. Sometime I felt like he were my body guard. We missed him. Please send him our regards.

First of all we want to thank TNK travel very much for the great Tour we have had.

Everything was perfectly arranged and the Hotels, drivers and guides were great.

You are a very serious and reliable organisation and we will certainly recommend you to our friends and relatives.

We have now a very good impression of your country thanks to all the places you made us visit with all the information given by the guides.

One little notice: your man in Hanoi (or is that you??) told us that he did not have the information about our arrival flight and that he had asked us by mail and phone. But as you can see I had already given that information in my mail from April 15 (see under). But.... no problem our guide was waiting for us at the airport.

Thanks again we had lovely and interesting holidays and all the included meals were delicious.

The month long individualized tour in Vietnam was amazing. Instead of describing the details which were attended to with perfection, we must commend TNK for every aspect of this trip. Every day was a new and exciting experience. Suggestions that were made by TNK to modify our itinerary were fabulous additions. Trust them.
